Position: Service Specialist II
Hours: Full-time
Location: Austin, TX
Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00am- 5:00pm. Some on-call weekends and evenings required.
THE POSITION:
Establishes and maintains effective relationships with the patients, families and caregivers as well as all PHS employees.
Schedules and makes deliveries to patients homes in a timely manner.
Confirms delivery and reports potentially unsafe conditions.
Performs and instructs the initial set-up of oxygen and some DME.
Performs data entry functions to log customer visits, conversations and follow-ups.
Coordinates regular maintenance service to company vehicles.
Assists with warehouse duties and equipment processing as needed.
Manages time efficiently and be competent in estimating drive times.

QUALIFICATIONS:
To qualify you must have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, an acceptable driving record, and one to two years of work experience, preferably in a customer service-related role. The qualified candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently. Warehouse and/or driving experience in the area is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
DME/Home Health or other related experience is preferred.
