Qualifications:
Active and unrestricted LISW in Ohio
Must live and be licensed in the state where services are provided
Compensation:
Up to $100,300, based on licensure type/level, session volume, and bonus opportunities.

Must reside within 45 minutes of the office location. Ability to work in the office for the probationary period and then work a hybrid model (50% in office and 50% remote).
Flexibility in your work schedule
Qualifications:
Must live and be seeking licensure in the state where services are provided
A graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program
Approved by the board as a LPC
Graduate or Post-graduate work experience in a counseling setting treating depression and anxiety is required
Graduate or Post-graduate work experience independently conducting intakes and diagnosing (preferred) according to the current DSM-5 under a licensed supervisor.
Compensation:
Up to $51,700 based on licensure type/level, session volume, and bonus opportunities.

988 Crisis Counselor (Olympic Suicide Prevention Center) This is a fully remote position. The pay for this position is $24.00 per hour with a $3.00 overnight differential. The schedule is Tuesday from 4:30pm-8:30pm and Thursday and Friday from 12:30pm-9:00pm PST, totaling 20 hours per week.
This role requires a three-week 40-hour per week training at the start of employment.

Summary
As a 988 Crisis Counselor, you will be responsible for providing crisis intervention, emotional support, and resources to all help-seekers via telephone. A high emphasis is placed on quality assurance and efficiency for this role.
Primary Duties
* Offers crisis-counseling services via phones with the program goal of answering 95% of calls within 20 seconds or less.
* Completes safety assessment, safety planning, de-escalation, and follow-up with help seekers.
* Serves as a mandated reporter in cases of suspected abuse or neglect.
* Is familiar with resources and providing information and referrals to help seekers as appropriate.
* Maintains accurate and detailed contact reports. Documentation must be completed in real time.
* Mentors volunteers during their training process and provides on-going mentorship.
* Fulfills continuing education requirements as requested and/or required for the agency, Suicide Prevention Center program and contracts.

The Family Centered Treatment Specialist provides quality psychotherapeutic services to children, adolescents, and families utilizing the Family Centered Treatment model.
Provide Family Centered Treatment (FCT) Services as per the service definition and model fidelity requirements.
FCT Certification is required and must be completed within one year of employment in order to continue to provide FCT services and maintain employment with Health Connect America (HCA).

About the Job

Key Responsibilities

Persons licensed by the board who provide supervision shall complete the minimum supervision training or coursework specified in section 1834.
LCSW Requirements:
The supervisor shall have held an active, unrestricted LCSW in California for at least two years within the five-year period immediately preceding any supervision.
For at least two years within the five-year period immediately preceding any supervision, has practiced psychotherapy, provided psychological counseling pursuant to subdivision (e) of Section 4989.14, or provided direct clinical supervision of psychotherapy performed by associate clinical social workers, associate marriage and family therapists or trainees, or associate professional clinical counselors. Supervision of psychotherapy performed by a social work intern or a professional clinical counselor trainee shall be accepted if the supervision provided is substantially equivalent to the supervision required for registrants.

Training must include core areas such as supervision theory, methods, ethics, multicultural issues, and evaluation.
Must have passed the Oregon Law and Rules Exam.
Must be listed on the Board's Supervisor Registry (as an Approved Supervisor or Supervisor Candidate).
Must be competent in the population and clinical methods used by the associate.
Must not be related to, in a romantic relationship with, or have a dual-relationship conflict with the associate.
LCSW
Must be an Oregon-licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in good standing.
Must have held an active LCSW license for at least 2 years before beginning supervision.
Must have at least 15 hours of training or continuing education in supervision methods prior to supervising.
Must complete 6 hours of supervision-specific CE every 5 years to remain eligible to supervise.
Must have passed the Oregon Laws and Rules Exam within the previous 5 years.
Must be competent in the clinical areas and populations the CSWA will serve.
Must not have a dual or conflicting relationship with the CSWA (no family, romantic, financial, or therapeutic relationships).
May supervise only the number of CSWAs they can responsibly oversee (no fixed numeric cap, but workload must allow adequate supervision).
Must be able to directly observe, review, and evaluate the CSWA's work.
Compensation for clinical caseload and Supervision
For Clinical Caseload: Clinician will receive Fee For Service rates with bonus potential (ex. 90837 could be $54.49 to $63.21 depending on caseload)
For Supervision: Provider will be compensated at a rate of fifty-four dollars and thirty-seven cents ($54.37) per Group Supervision session and seventy dollars and sixty-seven ($70.67) per Individual Supervision session. In the event that the 90837-session code compensation is greater than the individual supervision rate, the 90837 rate (vs code) will be used. Provider will receive a code to document their supervision hours, and will be required to complete recording documentation of such supervision.
