The role of Enrollment Specialist at Thriveworks is a sales and full-time remote position, and is responsible for actively managing a pipeline of prospective clients seeking mental health services. The ideal candidate excels in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment, demonstrating exceptional communication, attention to detail, and adaptability. We have a lot of people reaching out for support, and it's our job to help them feel heard, explain what Thriveworks offers, and match them with the right service. You'll walk them through the scheduling process and make sure they feel comfortable, informed, and excited about getting started with their first appointment.
Responsibilities
Manage high-volume inbound and outbound client interactions using platforms such as Salesforce, NICE, and ThriveSupport.
Prospecting new leads, handling inbound calls, and conducting outbound outreach to support referral programs and engage prospective clients.
Handle 50+ calls daily while maintaining a high standard of organization and follow-through.
Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs), including client conversion rates, intake targets, quality assurance (QA) standards, and schedule adherence.
Ensure clients are a strong fit for services by aligning their needs with appropriate offerings
Address and escalate client concerns to other departments and leadership, and follow up as necessary to ensure satisfactory resolution.
Work collaboratively in a fast-paced and ever-changing team environment.
Additional duties requested by Supervisor/Manager.
Compensation:
The base salary starts at $43,118 ($20.73/Hr).
In addition to the base salary, Enrollment Specialists have the opportunity to earn $0 - $30,000+ in commission annually, based on performance and achievement of goals.
Requirements:
Sales/Customer Service and Call Center experience is required, experience in the mental health field is preferred.
Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 2 years of inside sales experience within a digital health or similar sales environment (handling both inbound and outbound leads).
High proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.) and CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce.
Must be fluent in Spanish
Must have a designated, quiet workspace to maintain client confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA compliance standards.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage a diverse range of clientele professionally and empathetically.
Work hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 9:30 PM EST; Saturday & Sunday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST (subject to change).
This is an FT position with benefits, ranging between 32 - 40 hours per week, depending on the business needs.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Home Educator is responsible for education, case management, and family advocacy to families in an assigned caseload by providing and linking families to comprehensive services including home visits and socialization activities. This position works with typically developing children and children with disabilities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
Provides each family on caseload with weekly 90-minute home visits in compliance with Head Start Performance Standards.
Provides family-centered services that facilitate child development, support parental roles and promote self-sufficiency.
Plans and provides a developmentally and linguistically appropriate curriculum and experiences in a manner appropriate to the ages, languages and cultures of children served.
Implements home-based education lesson plans and weekly programs for each family in accordance with each child's need, based on a method of observing and recording children's interests and current levels of functioning.

Screens, observes and documents children with parents as required.

Summary
As a Workforce Management Specialist I, you will perform essential functions of real-time management, capacity planning, and schedule administration as part of the Workforce Management Program. The Workforce Management Specialist I also creates valuable reporting on KPIs, reviews future staffing and time-off requests to ensure accurate staffing is on hand to manage forecasted volume, track and report on departmental shrinkage, and recommends process improvements to enhance the help-seeker experience.
Primary Duties

Position Requirements
* 3+ years Contact Center Workforce Management experience or related skills preferred.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Provide Family Centered Treatment (FCT) Clinical Services as per the service definition and model fidelity requirements.

Complete all required Clinical Records and FCT documents with the child and family and ensure the documents are entered/uploaded timely in the Electronic Health Record, according to company standards.
Develop Service Plan in coordination with Treatment Team Process and maintain the plan per designated authorization processes in the clinician's area of service. Work collaboratively on behalf of the child and family with the identified Treatment Team members to ensure effective communication and coordinated service provision.
Provide psychoeducation as indicated in the Service Plan.

Provision of clinical supervision to an assigned group of Resident Talk Therapists who provide diagnostic assessments, therapy, and counseling in an outpatient setting for a diverse caseload that can include adults, adolescents, children, couples, and families.
Key Responsibilities
Provision of supervision to a minimum of six (6) resident clinicians. Provision of weekly group supervision. Provision of individual supervision to each resident clinician for every 15 clinical hours. Compensation:

For Supervision: Provider will be compensated at a rate of fifty-four dollars and thirty-seven cents ($54.37) per Group Supervision session and seventy dollars and sixty-seven ($70.67) per Individual Supervision session. In the event that the 90837-session code compensation is greater than the individual supervision rate, the 90837 rate (vs code) will be used. Provider will receive a code to document their supervision hours, and will be required to complete recording documentation of such supervision.

As a 988 Follow Up Counselor, you will provide follow up support and assistance to crisis line callers.
Primary Duties
* Contacts callers, emergency department discharges, and suicide attempt survivors, for intake, to assess risk, provide referrals for mental health and other related services, and assist in linkage to services.
* Contacts mental health service providers to help callers secure services.
* Maintains accurate and detailed call reports.
* Fulfills continuing education requirements as requested or required for the agency and the Suicide Prevention Center Division.

* Monitors and measures client progress against safety plan and stated goals as it applies to outpatient mental health documentation.

LCSW Requirements:
The supervisor shall have held an active, unrestricted LCSW in California for at least two years within the five-year period immediately preceding any supervision.
For at least two years within the five-year period immediately preceding any supervision, has practiced psychotherapy, provided psychological counseling pursuant to subdivision (e) of Section 4989.14, or provided direct clinical supervision of psychotherapy performed by associate clinical social workers, associate marriage and family therapists or trainees, or associate professional clinical counselors. Supervision of psychotherapy performed by a social work intern or a professional clinical counselor trainee shall be accepted if the supervision provided is substantially equivalent to the supervision required for registrants.

About the Job
The Clinical Talk Therapist is an active member of the Corporation's clinical team and is responsible for moving us toward a world class clinical experience. This role impacts multiple stakeholders, including Participants, Clinical Specialists, and the Health Care Industry at large. The Specialist delivers the best quality of care to the Participant to help them reach the agreed upon goals for an improved quality of life and wellbeing. The Specialist partners closely with the Operations team to improve experiences of processes of efficiency and ease of access, as well as with the Clinical team to improve the delivery of clinical care and support.
Compensation: Up to $124,300, based on licensure type/level, session volume, and bonus opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Productivity standards may vary by customer contract, however below are the general standards that will apply:
30 hours of direct counseling care per week
Concurrent note taking during sessions
Treatment plans and other documentation as required
Treatment team meetings with the customer, as applicable
Weekly Synchronous Health team meeting
Advocates for the Participant on decisions regarding meeting their clinical needs
Liaises closely with Customer Success activities and requests, which advocates for the customer's needs being met
Brings successful models and techniques from other experiences and bodies of evidence to best support participants
Supports the development of materials for communication, outreach, and marketing of Synchronous Health's services to participants, clinicians, partners, and within the industry at large (i.e. conference presentations, attending networking events, active in professional organizations, etc.)
Serve as first point of contact for escalation for participants who are displeased with any aspect of their experience
Reports to Operations team as second point of escalation if participants' concerns are unresolved
Keep abreast of new developments in clinical care, including analog and digital techniques
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Licensed LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT (license must be able to practice without supervision) in the state of MA
Informed on state tele-health policies
Comfortable with technology and conducting sessions via tele-health
Capability to build therapeutic relationship in virtual platform
Polished, professional virtual presence
Strong ability to identify markers for appropriate level of care to meet patient needs
Experience with treating a variety of conditions and disorders as part of a comprehensive treatment plan with an interdisciplinary team
Ability to use technologies as part of practice for administrative and clinical support (i.e. scheduling, notes, chat, web-based or app-based interventions)
Must pass a background check
Ability to work remote, in a secure, private location (outpatient office or home office are acceptable; coffee shops are not acceptable)

988 Follow Up Counselor (Olympic Crisis Line) . The pay is $24.00 per hour with a $3.00 overnight differential. The schedule is Tuesday-Saturday from 8:30pm-12:30am PST, totaling 20 hours per week. This role requires a three-week 40-hour per week remote training at the start of employment. The training occurs Monday-Friday, 9:00a-5:00p PST.

Summary
As a 988 Follow Up Counselor, you will provide follow up support and assistance to crisis line callers.
Primary Duties
* Contacts callers, emergency department discharges, and suicide attempt survivors, for intake, to assess risk, provide referrals for mental health and other related services, and assist in linkage to services.
* Contacts mental health service providers to help callers secure services.
* Maintains accurate and detailed call reports.
* Fulfills continuing education requirements as requested or required for the agency and the Suicide Prevention Center Division.
* Attends routinely scheduled meetings as requested or required for the Suicide Prevention Center follow-up Program.
* Monitors and measures client progress against safety plan and stated goals as it applies to outpatient mental health documentation.
* Responsible for chart documentation and status reports, ensures client documentation is accurate and submitted within the established timeframe.
Position Requirements
* Possess a high school Diploma or equivalent.
* Be 18 years of age or older.
* Knowledge of all job specific skills including lethality assessment, data collection and call triage.
* Ability to present ideas, information, and viewpoints clearly, both verbally and in writing.
* Telephone and personal computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, and other related software.
* Strong interpersonal skills, interact well with others, and avoid personal conflicts.
