Job Description
2nd shift paying $21.63 per hour
Key Accountabilities:
* Accurately removes and stocks product, customer's product, and various supplies according to inventory plan.
* Accurately selects product to fill customer orders and package them properly.
* Loads and unload trucks and verify that correct items are loaded and unloaded.
* Picking, processing and packing orders, also may be required to cut orders on Kaltenbach saw.
* Completes cycle Counts.
* Identifies, holds and segregates defective material.
* Completes paperwork per work instructions, when required.
* Performs general clean up.
* Inspects forklift at the beginning of every shift; report issues to immediate supervisor or other designated personnel.
* Participates, support and comply with all health, safety, ISO and 6S Initiatives and requirements.
* Assists in any other duties to support the operation, as requested by supervisor or team lead.
* This is a position that works directly on the warehouse floor on or around heavy machinery.

The Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Manager will create, implement, coordinate and continuously improve safety programs for Prospiant. Position Summary:
Welders need to be able to follow instruction and produce consistent, reliable, leak-tight quality welds. The Welder will set up components for welding according to specifications.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Perform manual welding operations using SMAW / GMAW
* Determine the appropriate welding equipment or method based on requirements.
* Set up components for welding according to specifications (e.g. cut material with powered saws to match measurements).
* Operate angle grinders to prepare the parts that must be welded.
* Align components using calipers, rulers etc. and clamp pieces
* Weld components using manual or semi-automatic welding equipment in various positions (vertical, horizontal or overhead).
* Test and inspect welded surfaces and structure to discover flaws.
* Maintain equipment in a condition that does not compromise safety.
