A Box Office Ticket Seller is responsible for assisting guests with all their Caesars Entertainment ticketing needs. A ticket seller is a resource for all guest's questions and responsible for answering with an upbeat and positive attitude. A ticket seller is the first interaction for hospitality and first line of defense for improving the guest experience. Ticket seller will always create and maintain a positive work environment, initiate a professional, friendly and helpful guest interaction both internal and external.
This position generates revenue by issuing, selling, upselling and cross promoting show tickets and attractions directly to guests at the Caesars Entertainment Box Office locations and via telephone. A ticket seller will be expected to have a working knowledge of all CET properties, shows, attractions and entertainment venues as part of creating a memorable guest experience. A ticket seller will effectively impact ticket sales growth for all Caesars Entertainment venues by suggesting the best guest experience. A ticket seller will efficiently make reservations on site and issue tickets for shows, casino, special events and 3 rd party ticket vendors as approved by CET. A ticket seller is responsible for collecting funds and keeping documentation for tickets and transactions they perform.
