Generating new tickets sales through sale of full season, partial season and group ticket plans. Strategically prospect new group sales opportunities and collaborate with teammates to close business. Enter all pertinent prospect and customer information in CRM platform for efficient reporting and effective pipeline management. The candidate should possess an optimistic team-first attitude, as well as the competitive desire to be the best. Demonstrate professionalism in all interactions on a daily basis (e.g. strong interpersonal skills, positivity, prompt and professional follow-through, openness to new ideas and suggestions). Expectations: 60+ outbound touch points daily (phone calls, emails, text messages, etc). Work 15-20 hours weekly in a work-from-home capacity. Ability to work flexible hours, including but not limited to evenings, weekends, and holidays. Attend weekly all staff and team meetings. The candidate must have a strong work ethic and a desire to build a career in professional sports. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required or working towards one with a graduation date. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment. Previous sales experience preferred, not required. THE ROLE The Ticket Sales Representative will be focused on selling a full menu of ticket packages to all sessions of the Cincinnati Open. The Ticket Sales Representative will work under the guidance of the Director of Premium Sales. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Coordinate and execute sales calls on all potential customers through provided leads, prospecting, cold callings, and referrals from current customers. * Primarily responsible for selling a full menu of tickets including full series, multi-day, single session, groups and add-ons for all sessions of the Cincinnati Open. * Effectively use Salesforce CRM to maintain accurate records of all interactions. * Assist with managing and stewarding existing full series account holders * Skilled in setting and conducting sales appointments through virtual meetings, phone, and face-to-face meetings, including out-of-office engagements. * Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including weekends, events, and on event days. * Responsible for achieving specific levels of sales activity (e.g., calls made, appointments set) * Possess an optimistic, team-first mentality combined with a competitive drive to excel in a sales environment. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
