OBJETIVO DEL PUESTO
Brindar atención y soporte al cliente interno de Tigo, proporcionando la resolución de los casos críticos de los clientes Corporativos, mejoras para clientes críticos y soporte para proyectos de mejora del área.
PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES / FUNCIONES
* Atiende soporte remoto y presencial a los asociados internos ante los requerimientos presentados por nuestros clientes corporativos, tanto para resolución de eventos, como solicitudes de cambios en configuración o implementaciones.
* Brinda soluciones a problemas en la red corporativa de acuerdo con las pautas de gestión de incidentes de Help Desk Corporativo.
* Brinda soporte sobre los procedimientos de escalamiento realizados por los TIER 1
* Diseña las topologías de clientes corporativos (HLD y LLD).
* Vigilar los sistemas de monitoreo, solucionando las alarmas que aparezcan en los dispositivos electrónicos y servicios entregados a los clientes corporativos en las diversas plataformas a saber SDH, Red LAN/WAN, Metro Ethernet, MPLS, DWDM, así como los diferentes dispositivos instalados en cliente finales con producto de los aliados TIGO de valor agregado tales como Avaya, Axis, Cisco, Juniper y otros.
* Ejecuta proyectos de mejora para el área de Tech Partner en conjunto con jefatura directas.
* Ante requerimientos especiales brinda asesoría técnica en entregas, soporte y activaciones a clientes corporativo. (Inclúyase Factory, Tech Partner, Outsourcing, etc.)
* Participa en los mantenimientos preventivos/correctivos de los clientes corporativos.
* Gestiona dashboards (herramientas de monitoreo) para clientes corporativos y clientes Tigo Internos.
* Brinda capacitación técnica interna/externa y brindar apoyo a otros departamentos para el diseño y la ejecución de servicios corporativo.
* Gestiona los cambios y proyectos asignados por la jefatura.
PREPARACIÓN ACADÉMICA
* Técnico certificado en Redes, CCNA, JNCIA, Electrónica o similar.
* Bachillerato Universitario en Telecomunicaciones, Sistemas o afines. (Deseable finalizado o estudiante activo.)
* Inglés a nivel intermedio (Escritura 70%, Conversacional 80%)
EXPERIENCIA
* Mínimo de 2 años de experiencia en atención al cliente de redes de telecomunicaciones.
CONOCIMIENTO TÉCNICO
* Certificación CCNA y/o JNCIA.
* Diseño redes y creación de HLDs y LLDs - (DWDM, MPLS, LAN/WAN, HFC)
* Conocimiento técnico en redes de telecomunicaciones (SDH, MPLS, DWDM, LAN/WAN, Metro Ethernet, HFC y otras.)
* Conocimiento y manejo de equipos Raisecom, CISCO, Juniper, y al igual como T&E (Centrales Telefónicas, Video Vigilancia, Soluciones Cloud, Soluciones Wireless)
* Manejo vasto de conceptos relacionados a Cableado Estructurado, Fibra Óptica, Wireless, Cloud, VoIP, etc.
* Manejo de paquetes Microsoft Office.
