Meduski joined TierPoint as President and CFO in December 2015. She is also an investor and member of TierPoint's Board of Directors. She also serves as President and CFO of TierPoint's manager, Cequel III. Before joining Suddenlink, Mary was EVP and CFO of AAT Communications Corp., the largest privately owned wireless tower company in the United States at the time. Prior to joining AAT, Mary was a Managing Director in the Media and Communications Investment Banking Groups of TD Securities and BankBoston Securities.Mary was elected to the Board of Directors and Audit Committee of Cable One, Inc. in 2019. Mary served on the National Board of Directors of Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT) from 2008 through 2015, including as Board Chair, Treasurer, and Audit Committee member. She was named to CableFAX's list of Most Powerful Women in Cable for 10 consecutive years, and she was named a Multichannel News Wonder Woman in 2012. In 2015, she was awarded the Distinguished Vanguard Award for Leadership, the cable industry's highest honor. In 2016, she was recognized among the Most Influential Business Women by the St. Louis Business Journal.Ms. Meduski holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Cornell University. She is a Member of the Cornell University Board of Trustees, the President’s Council of Cornell Women, and the College of Arts and Sciences Dean’s Advisory Council. She holds an MBA from Boston University, where she graduated first in her class.
