We are looking for an Industrial Maintenance Technician to provide upkeep and repair for all of the production and facility equipment in our center. The Maintenance Technician provides upkeep and repair for all production and facility equipment within the Center to ensure or improve production efficiency. This position is located in Acworth, GA. Shift time is 6:30pm-4am working four 10-hours shifts per week on a rotating schedule.
+ Perform basic preventative maintenance duties as assigned.
+ Assist with facility improvement and basic repairs including floors, walls, and ceilings.
+ Assist with new equipment installation.
+ Help with basic electrical and mechanical repairs as assigned.
+ Assist management with scheduling maintenance projects.
+ Support outside contractors as needed.

**Do you have what it takes?**
+ PJ Food Service is seeking applicants with experience in a trade apprenticeship and/or college education.
+ A minimum of three (3) years maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment required including PLC programming and troubleshooting, industrial refrigeration, welding all classes, strong electrical knowledge, plumbing and hydraulics experience.
+ Computer skills required are in the field of Microsoft Word and Excel or similar.
+ Must be able to work with minimal supervision.

WHAT WILL I DO AS A SHIFT LEADER?• Provide incredible customer service and quality products to all of our guests throughout their experience within our bakeries• Support store leadership by maintaining operations during your shift, communicating pertinent information, monitoring production efficiency, holding the team accountable to company standards and procedures, and assisting in the training and coaching of team members• Prioritize and delegate tasks for baking, cashiering, packaging, and cleaning while leading the cookie crew team• Support and work alongside the Cookie Crew• Provide a safe, clean, working environment for our guests and staff and adhere to safe food handling practices• Manage cash handling and deposits DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:• At least 1 year of working experience in a customer service focused role• Point of Sale systems experience• Outstanding communication, time management, and people skills• Outgoing/friendly/patient demeanor• Detail focused and results-oriented• Ability to lead-by-example and motivate others• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.• Legally eligible to work in the United States• Must be 18 years or older to be employed
