The QCC Maintenance Technician provides upkeep and repair for all of the production and facility equipment in our center to ensure or improve production efficiency. Duties and Responsibilities * Perform basic preventative maintenance duties as assigned. * Assist with facility improvement and basic repairs including floors, walls, and ceilings. * Assist with new equipment installation. * Help with basic electrical and mechanical repairs as assigned. * Assist management with scheduling maintenance projects. * Support outside contractors as needed. * Maintain accurate and complete departmental records.

The Distribution Team Member I is responsible for loading and unloading goods, determining loading procedures, staging orders and checking product for loading accuracy. Duties and Responsibilities * Load and unload trucks accurately in a timely manner. What will I do as a MIT with Insomnia Cookies? Perform as Manager-on-Duty during scheduled shifts when Store Ops Manager (GM) is not present. Supervise, train and coach 2-5 team members engaged in both cookie sales and customer deliveries. Lead new hourly staff onboarding and initial training. Conduct initial interviews for potential new hires (Cookie Crew, Shift Leaders and Delivery Drivers) in the manager's absence. Support Store Ops Manager with ordering, inventory control and scheduling. Hold staff accountable to Insomnia Cookies' standards (baking, uniform, company policies, etc.). Upselling and overall customer service excellence - Ensuring all team members are also upselling and providing the best customer service. Desired skills/experience: At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or retail store Prior experience conducting in-person interviews of hourly support staff Prior Point of Sale (POS) systems experience Ability to utilize MS Office, Word and our Applicant Tracking System Ability to work a 4-5 day work week and 1-2 mid-to-late shifts throughout the latter part of the week (Thurs- Sun) Must be 18 years of age or older and have legal eligibility for employment in the United States About us:Insomnia Cookies was founded in a college dorm room by then-student, Seth Berkowitz. As a Car Delivery Driver at our University Park store located at 825 Currie St, Fort Worth TX 76107, you are our “Boots on the ground!”, and the main face that our Insomniacs see outside of the bakery! You give the word “Delivery” a whole new meaning by delivering the Cookie Magic to our fans wherever they are.
