Greg Wells joined TIGER 21 in early 2015 as Chief of Field Operations. In this role, Mr. Wells is responsible for the strategy, development and leadership of TIGER 21’s field-based personnel, which includes Group Chairs and Membership Executives throughout North America. Having spent seven years at Vistage International as a member of the Executive Team and co-founding Sage Executive Group - a boutique high-end peer advisory organization in Southern California, Mr. Wells has extensive experience in leading and growing peer-to-peer advisory organizations. Mr. Wells also leads a group of M.B.A. students in a peer group program that connects them with CEOs as part of the Executive Leadership program at the UCLA Anderson School of Business. Mr. Wells has extensive business and entrepreneurial experience from prior roles as CEO of a business finance company and as Senior Vice President and Division Manager of Southern California Business Banking for Wells Fargo. He is the founder of an event company that partners with a prominent Division 1 football program and is on the board of Big Fogg and Monrovia Growers. A Southern California native, Mr. Wells is a graduate of the University of Oregon as well as the Pacific Coast School of Banking at the University of Washington, and the Graduate School of Credit and Financial Management program held at Dartmouth College.
