Vishnu Varma works in technology at Tiger Global Mgmt.

Prior to joining Tiger, Varma led the front office technology team at Caxton Associates. In this role, he was responsible for quantitative application development supporting various trading desks and integration of trading/market data applications.

Prior to joining Caxton, Varma served as a Senior Manager at Charles River, where he was in charge of trading and compliance system implementations at premier hedge funds such as AQR, Paulson, Ramius, Atticus and Alexandra. He also managed large scale, high volume trading systems implementations at Morgan Stanley Asset Management and Mellon Investor Services.

Prior to that, Varma served as a Vice President of Banking Technology at Goldman Sachs, leading major cross divisional technology initiatives while supporting Executive Office and Investment Banking division, for six years.

He also served in various technology consulting and management roles with Infosys Technologies, a major Indian IT services company, focusing on retail and consumer industries, driving world-wide re-engineering efforts at major organizations such as Reebok, Liz Claiborne and General Electric.

Varma is an electrical engineering graduate of Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University at Hyderabad, India and holds an MBA in Finance from the Stern School of Business at New York University.

Anil Crasto is a Chief Operating Officer at Tiger Global Management and is based in New, York. He has worked as Senior Manager at PwC; Managing Director, COO at Mount Kellett Capital Management; and Partner, COO, CFO at Compass Group Inc. Anil studied at Portsmouth Polytechnic, UK until 1982 and St. Xavier's School, Mumbai until 1981.

Mr. Lane is Global Co-Head of the Investment Management Division (IMD). Previously, he was Chief Operating Officer of IMD, where he had oversight for the Private Wealth Management, Alternatives, Capital Markets and Goldman Sachs Asset Management Distribution businesses. Mr. Lane serves on the Management Committee and is Co-Chair of the Firmwide Suitability Committee. He is also a member of the Growth Markets Operating Committee, the IMD and Merchant Banking Division Client and Business Standards Committees and the Petershill Committee. Mr. Lane joined Goldman Sachs in 1996 in the Equity Capital Markets Group. In 1998, he became Head of the Special Investments Group within IMD and in 2001, he became Head of the Global Markets Desk. He was named Managing Director in 2001 and Partner in 2002. Mr. Lane serves on the Board of Trustees of The Mount Sinai Medical Center and on the Board of Directors of 92nd Street Y.
