WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Current valid driver's license
English communication skills
Motivation to succeed, dependable attitude, and strong work ethic
Eagerness to grow with our company and build a long-term career
Topcon GPS experience is a plus
Willingness to obtain a CDL is a plus
While not required, labor or heavy equipment operating experience would be a bonus. We will train candidates who display the right attitude and drive.
YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR CONSTRUCTION LABORER - EQUIPMENT OPERATOR
Hours may vary depending on the project, but this entry-level position typically works from 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday.
Every day, you coordinate with your team to pull off accurate, impressive results. You're responsible for safely excavating job sites and installing essential utilities like storm, sanitary, and water pipes. Closely following any plans, you operate heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, and compactors. You dig holes, set grades, and lay pipes while always keeping safety at the forefront.

What You'll Do
As a General Laborer, you'll assist with keeping the site clean, organized, and free of debris while supporting equipment operators, mechanics, and supervisors with various tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean up debris, trash, and loose materials around the yard, shop, and work areas.
Assist with pressure washing, sweeping, and general cleaning of buildings, pads, and containers.
Organize tools, equipment, and parts in the yard or shop area.
Support small maintenance tasks such as painting, organizing parts, or preparing containers.
Perform minor landscaping or grounds maintenance duties.
Help direct trucks or equipment traffic when needed.
Follow all site safety procedures and wear proper PPE at all times.
Report any safety concerns or hazards to site supervisors immediately.
Perform other duties as assigned to support daily operations.
