Timberline Knolls Residential Treatment Center CEO and leadership

Diane has extensive experience in the field of behavioral health, offering more than 30 years of leadership experience at the acute, residential, and outpatient levels. She has worked in clinical services, operations and business development.

Diane has a long history with Timberline Knolls as a national business development professional. She brings extensive industry knowledge and expertise to her role as CEO. During her eight-year tenure at Timberline Knolls, she successfully developed the East region and subsequently served as the Director of Business Development. Diane’s dedication led to both national and international growth, ultimately establishing Timberline Knolls as a highly renowned and respected program.

Diane is passionate about women’s behavioral health and working with women and girls to find them the treatment needed to live healthy and productive lives.

Diane has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Curry College and a Master of Education in Counseling Psychology from Springfield College.

As Chief Operating Officer (COO), Sarah is responsible for day-to-day operations. She provides leadership, encourages teamwork and promotes medical staff relations. Sarah ensures the development and implementation of operational procedures, policies and standards, as well as supervises the management team.

Sarah has vast experience from a variety of settings including; outpatient therapy, community mental health, and hospital admissions. She has provided individual, family, and couples therapy as well as built and implemented community and office-based therapeutic programming for children and adolescents. She has also been instrumental in the management and development of behavioral health hospital assessment and referral teams. Prior to moving into the role of COO, Sarah was the Director of Admissions and Director of Performance Improvement at Timberline Knolls.

Sarah received a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Loyola University in Chicago. She went on to earn a Master of Science degree in Experimental Psychology from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia and a Master of Arts degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the Adler School of Professional Psychology in Chicago.
