Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Creating/maintaining/reviewing/improving/troubleshooting documentation related to manufacturing and testing of RF coaxial cable assemblies.
Performing Design of Experiments to eliminate scrap and provide understanding in the root cause analysis process.
Conducting feasibility studies to estimate product cost and analyze capital equipment, capacity, and capability requirements.
Identifying root cause of mechanical and electrical failures on the production floor.
Implementing process improvements to correct manufacturing inefficiencies and failures
Providing analysis and solutions to complex material screening and sorting issues
Designing/developing tooling and fixtures to support production needs
Providing training/qualification/validation for processes and equipment as required
Ensuring compliance with internal standards, processes, and procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this Metrology Inspector include, but are not
limited to:
Summarize quality control data on the computer and report results to
supervisor
Perform in process checks (IPC's)
Document nonconforming product and accept resulting rework
Perform calibration and capability studies for new machines
Assist production personnel in its manufacture
Perform AS9102 FAI's and complete related documentation
Support calibration activities and maintain records of various tools,
instruments, and gauges used for product acceptance or verification/validation

The Person -
Minimum of 3 years' experience in equal or related field
High school diploma or equivalent
CMM experience applying GD&T or other optical measuring systems
Strong working knowledge of metrology and measurement techniques and use of
measurement equipment
Vision acuity 20/25 (with or without corrective lenses), must pass the
annual eye exam

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
