The Manager of Corporate Communications is globally responsible for the strategy and delivery of high-profile communications programs that advance The Timken Company's corporate brand and reputation. Purpose of Position
This role is responsible for the accuracy and integrity of all financial information for global operation activities. Purpose:

Description:
Primarily responsible for providing expert knowledge and leadership in the development, application, and deployment of advanced materials and material processing technologies, utilizing an understanding of materials thermodynamics, materials thermal processing fundamentals, and ferrous metallurgy.
Specific duties include:

Overview
Join Timken and help shape our digital presence. As the Digital Experience Principal, you will manage Timken's corporate web ecosystem (WordPress and third-party platforms), ensuring the stability, security, and brand integrity of our site while driving continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day management and performance of Timken web properties through vendor partnerships - ensuring reliability, security, accessibility, and compliance.

Ensure brand consistency, visual quality, and adherence to UX and accessibility standards

What is the Operations Development Program?
The Operations Development Program (ODP) is a two-year program designed to provide thorough exposure to The Timken Company's manufacturing and manufacturing support functions to develop future leaders within the company. The program includes various professional development experiences and on-the-job training during each assignment.
ODP participants are a part of a cohort that advance through the program to attend trainings, network, and collaborate with leadership throughout the year. Participants will be mentored, and have significant interaction with senior operations leaders throughout the company.
The program consists of four assignments each six months in duration. The first two assignments will be in one plant location. Program participants will then relocate to a second plant location for their third and fourth assignments. After completion of the program, permanent assignments will be in one of our U.S. manufacturing facilities.

Education Requirements/Qualifications:

The position will act as primary support for combining the access control process (i.e. Compreq) and administration of data loss prevention tools. The position will provide US-based support for the access control process for managing access to sensitive systems that support access to controlled technical data.
