Purpose of Position

The Senior Social Media Content Analyst is responsible for creating, curating and managing content across corporate social media platforms to elevate brand awareness, engage audiences and support the company's objectives. This position reports to the Manager of Content & Editorial.
This role emphasizes strong execution, ensuring that all social media content is aligned with established guidelines and strategic direction. The ideal candidate is a highly skilled writer and storyteller with a passion for digital engagement and strong understanding of social media trends, analytics and best practices. While social media is the core focus, this role may also support internal communications, editorial content development, and performance analytics.
Responsibilities:
Establish and implement a social media content calendar that advances corporate brand narratives and engages key audiences. Ensure that all content adheres to brand guidelines, copyright regulations and social media platform best practices.
Write, edit and develop high-quality social media content that adheres to brand standards and resonates with target audiences. Collaborate with graphic designers on visual asset development and curate selections to ensure alignment with the overall social media strategy and brand strategy.
Manage the day-to-day publishing of content on platforms, such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and X. Lead community management, monitoring all corporate social media channels, responding to comments and messages, interacting with followers, and fostering a positive and active social media community.
Lead and grow existing global employee social media advocacy program, empowering team members across regions to become effective brand ambassadors. Manage toolkits, training resources and advocacy platform.
Support executive social media communications by partnering with leadership and communications teams to craft authentic, strategic content that reflects executive voice and advances corporate messaging.
Track content performance using social media analytics tools, providing regular reports to measure engagement and impact.
Advise on current social media trends to ensure the brand's content stays relevant and engaging. Collaborate with global teams to amplify regional stories and campaigns.
Support internal communications initiatives by contributing to the development and execution of corporate newsletters, employee email campaigns and executive messaging.
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism or related.
5-7 years of experience in social media content creation and management (B2B experience preferred).
Strong writing and editing skills, with an ability to tailor messaging for social media platforms.
Experience with social media management platforms (e.g., Oktopost, Sprout Social) and basic analytics tools.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines for multiple projects simultaneously.
Works with a sense of urgency and an ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
Possesses executive presence and exhibits sound judgement in managing the company's brand presence on external channels.

Description:
Primarily responsible for providing expert knowledge and leadership in the development, application, and deployment of advanced materials and material processing technologies, utilizing an understanding of materials thermodynamics, materials thermal processing fundamentals, and ferrous metallurgy.
Specific duties include:
Conceives, plans, and executes projects working either alone or in collaboration with others to address the needs of the business units or corporate centers. Key Accountabilities
Tooling Responsibilities 40%
Fabrication of various types of fixtures. Study blueprints, sketches, models, or specifications to plan sequences of operations.
Completes set-ups and operates with minimal supervision/assistance.
Collaborates with Engineering, Production, and Maintenance to meet project requirements.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Production Responsibilities 60%
Work from process sheets, blueprints, setup sheets, setup cards, machine status boards, and verbal as well as written instructions.
Perform machine set ups preferred.
Download and upload programs into machine as needed.
Make adjustments to offset coordinates to compensate for materials, tooling or machine center conditions.
Perform basic troubleshooting and make appropriate adjustments.
Inspect own work for correct dimensions and ensure that company quality and quantity standards are maintained and complete required documentation.
May be required to operate multiple machines.

Required Education & Experience
At least 10+ years experience with all phases Conventional Mill and Lathe. CNC Lathe and Mill experience is a plus.

Skilled in the use of indicator, gage, micrometer, plate inspection, and comparator methods for fixture pick-up
Ability to maintain close tolerances (within .0005”) of ID's and OD's, roundness, concentricity, squareness.
Understanding of machine tool accuracies, fixture offsets, and tool offsets.
Knowledge of cutting tool feeds, speeds, and tool life for aerospace hard turning or milling.

Engineering Co-op Program
The Engineering Co-op Program is a rotational assignment for full-time students who plan to work for three to five semester terms while completing their Bachelor's Degree in an engineering discipline. The co-op will work 40 hours per week in an assigned engineering department where they will be exposed to The Timken Company's various products, processes, and teams. Overview
Join Timken and help shape our digital presence. As the Digital Experience Principal, you will manage Timken's corporate web ecosystem (WordPress and third-party platforms), ensuring the stability, security, and brand integrity of our site while driving continuous improvement. This role requires strong technical expertise, project management skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams and agencies.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day management and performance of Timken web properties through vendor partnerships - ensuring reliability, security, accessibility, and compliance.
Coordinate with global content owners to plan and publish updates and ensure timely translation of content in 14 languages.
Ensure brand consistency, visual quality, and adherence to UX and accessibility standards
Ensure the implementation and manage Google Analytics and Tag Manager tracking
Identify and drive process improvements that make content publishing, QA, and localization more efficient
Manage WordPress environments across staging, production, and development instances, ensuring code integrity and stable deployment workflows
Monitor and optimize performance using analytics tools; identify opportunities to improve UX and conversion
Oversee technical operations including hosting, DNS, SSL, CDN, and version control.
Create documentation for WordPress workflows, including publishing guidelines, style conventions, and plugin governance
Required Qualifications
