Engineering Co-op Program
The Engineering Co-op Program is a rotational assignment for full-time students who plan to work for three to five semester terms while completing their Bachelor's Degree in an engineering discipline. The co-op will work 40 hours per week in an assigned engineering department where they will be exposed to The Timken Company's various products, processes, and teams. Following their first term, the co-op can request to select a defined career development path including:
* Engineering: This path rotates through selected engineering departments (Design, Application, R&D) at The Timken Company's Corporate Headquarters in North Canton, Ohio.
* Manufacturing: This path occurs at one of The Timken Company's USA manufacturing facilities and focus on supply chain, lean, quality, and process engineering.

The Role
