We are seeking to hire a Job Order Contracts (JOC) Task Order Coordinator to work within an existing JOC Management and Resident Engineering & Inspection team. Our client operates a 118 mgd Water Resource Reclamation Facility (WRRF) which was last upgraded 30 years ago and is in need of routine replacement of active process pipe, mechanical equipment, electrical systems, plumbing systems and architectural features. **Job Responsibilities:** + Execute construction and rehabilitation tasks under Job Order Contracts (JOC), which are indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity agreements. + Manage, process and monitor JOC task orders from conception and scoping, cost estimating, cost/scope reconciliation, task order processing/execution, completion of physical work, commissioning and task closeout. + Coordinate tasks for routine replacement of active process piping, mechanical equipment, electrical systems, plumbing systems, and architectural features. + Manage on-call construction and rehabilitation services for wastewater facilities and structures. + Collaborate with contractors and internal teams to ensure timely and compliant execution of maintenance and construction activities. + Provide project management reporting on progress and completion. **Required Experience:** + 10 years as Resident Engineer or Assistant Resident Engineer with Wastewater or complex industrial facility experience. **Other Experience Considered:** + 15 years as a Facility Engineer/Manager on complex water/wastewater facilities or complex industrial facilities. + 10 years as a JOC Coordinator on large infrastructure systems including large federal facility/military base work. **Preferred Skills/Experience:** + 5 years of experience preparing mechanical/process estimates using RSMeans estimating software. **Other Requirements:** + Ability to pass a background check which may include criminal history, motor vehicle record and credit check + Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening The compensation range for this position is between $120,000 to $150,000.
