As a Call Center Representative I, you will be responsible for the following:
Assist members via various digital or telephonic remote means to support members and perform non-cash transactions
Provide members with information and customer service concerning the credit union and its products and services, ensuring the highest quality of service
Provide members with technical expertise enabling the successful utilization of TFCU's digital products and services with an emphasis on driving self-service options for the membership
Train new Call Center representatives and provide them mentorship
Aid the Call Center Supervisors in providing solutions to unique problems when requested
Salary Range:
This is a non-exempt position. The starting hourly rate is $21.36 per hour; however, actual placement within the range will be determined individually based on your experience relative to organizational needs and internal salary equity.
Education/Experience:
You must have:
A high school diploma or equivalent and two years' related experience are required
Credit union or banking call center experience is preferred
Bilingual English/Spanish skills highly preferred! Remote work (hybrid) opportunities available after training is completed!

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
Incumbent Bonding REQUIRED by TFCU's chosen authority.

As a Commercial Loan Officer I, II, III, IV, and Senior, you will be responsible for the following:
Identifying and implementing TFCU's Strategic Commercial Lending Initiatives, with special emphasis on the business strategies that achieve growth of membership, new business partners and commercial market penetration.
Following all regulatory and policy compliance requirements regarding the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), the Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Regulations, and other compliance related Policies.
Developing leads through referrals from realtors, builders, financial planners, and other resources.
Educating clients, producing qualified loans to increase portfolios, providing disclosures as required by law while aggressively promoting TFCU products.
Ensuring service coverage, all other levels may also be required to complete duties for any level.
Sr Level will be serving as one of the most senior and well-rounded members of the commercial services team, by leading by example, aiding in the training of new personnel, mentoring on client portfolio growth, and delivering excellent service through various levels of diversified partnerships and resources.
Salary Range:
The starting salary range for Level I is $67,469, Level II $83,129, Level III $102,424, Level IV $126,196, and senior level $155,486; however, actual placement within the range of the levels will be determined individually based on your experience relative to organizational needs and internal salary equity.
Education/Experience: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, public relations, advertising, or a related field for all levels is required.
Applicable work experience and/or military experience may be substituted for education at the rate of two years of experience for one year of education.
Level I: Requires one-year experience within any combination of consumer lending, commercial banking, or lending. Experience with customer or member relationship management is also required. Experience with credit unions is preferred.
Level II: Requires three years' experience within commercial banking or lending. Experience with customer or member relationship management, credit analytics (consumer or commercial), tax return analysis, and financial accounting concepts are also required. As a Collections Legal Specialist, you will be responsible for the following:
Serves as the representative for TFCU in Oklahoma District Court and various hearings as required.
Serves as the custodian of record for the courts.
Prepares Notice of Sale and Notice of After Sale documents and all associated documents related to advanced collection accounts and/or legal notices.
Maintains timely follow-up process in collection system work queues that are assigned to outside legal counsel.
Retains, monitors, and tracks all advanced collection litigation activity through the process in an attempt to reduce delinquency/losses and maximize recoveries.
Verifies the application of funds to ensure proper credit and adherence to repayment schedules and arrangements.
Communicates with counsel regarding the status of hearings.
Supports and serves as a litigation resource to members, outside counsel, collections, and branch personnel regarding the status of loans, credit cards, ATM, Money Plus, and return check problems.
Performs advanced skip tracing efforts to locate members and/or collateral including property and employment searches.
Salary Range:
This is an exempt position. The salary range starts at $67,469.86 annually; however, actual placement within the range will be determined individually based on your experience relative to organizational needs and internal salary equity.

Education/Experience:
You must have:
An associate's degree in a related field; and
Four years of related experience in collections.
Credit union experience preferred.
Applicable work experience and/or military experience may be substituted for education at the rate of two years of experience for one year of education. Applicable additional education levels may be eligible to satisfy experience requirements.

Job Description
The Director, BOKFS Operational Strategy & Innovation oversees and manages critical areas within BOK Financial Securities and BOK Financial Capital Markets (broker dealer and bank dealer), including Institutional Operations, Retail Brokerage Operations, and Information Delivery. Additionally, this position plays a key role in the growth and development of BOKFS.
Collaborating with senior leaders at BOKFS, the Director coordinates and manages cross-organizational initiatives. They also oversee the evolution of BOKFS infrastructure, working closely with LOB stakeholders and internal shared service providers to achieve mutual objectives. As an Accounts Payable Specialist I/II, you will be responsible for the following:
Overseeing the daily operation of the accounts payable processes for TFCU.

Education/Experience:
You must have a high school diploma or equivalent for both levels is required. Applicable work experience and/or military experience may be substituted for education at the rate of two years of experience for one year of education.
A level I: Requires two years of experience relatable to accounts payable, and/or financial institutions. Credit Union experience is preferred.
A level II: Requires four years of experience relatable to accounts payable, and/or financial institutions, two of which must be within an accounts payable position.

As an Internal Audit Supervisor, you will be responsible for the following:
Assisting in developing, coordinating, and completing the annual audit program and ensuring that all audit activities are conducted in accordance with the Institute of Internal Auditors International Professional Practices Framework (IIAIPPF).

You must have a bachelor's degree in accounting and five years' experience as an internal auditor within a financial institution or auditor with a public accounting firm (with financial institution audit experience), one of which at the supervisory or lead level are required.

Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) designation is either required or the candidate must obtain it within one year of employment.
