Cons of working at Tire Discounters
The pay is horrendously low. Pay is not steady and it's extremely hard to make ends meet financially.
Burn out happens very easily
High turn over rate
Very little room for advancement within the company.
Tire Discounters benefits

What do you like best about Tire Discounters's CEO and the leadership team?
Not alot, I've yet to meet anyone at the high level
How would you improve Tire Discounters's culture?
FINANCIAL!!
Pay increase would help the culture within the shops and company. The insensitive isn't there really to do better. The stress employees face with the amount of work to only see slightly above minimum wage pay check causes some to leave the company based on financial issues. That alone is culture issue within itself.
How did you prepare for the Tire Discounters interview?
Showed up 20 minutes early, had all credentials ready to be shown and was well prepared with any and all questions
How does your compensation at Tire Discounters compare to the industry average?
Very bad, it's near impossible to support a family on a tire discounters paycheck. Steady income is nonexistent and guarantees are nonexistent as well
What's the diversity at Tire Discounters like?
The demographic is very open and very welcoming
What brings you the most joy at Tire Discounters?
The ability to know your helping others in a way most wouldn't expect. It's rewarding in other aspects but the helping and looking out for others is key and knowing someone is actually coming to the shop looking for your direct advice is always a good thing to get
