Works well with family schedules and has mostly a good crew to work with. Doesn't
The pay is horrendously low. Pay is not steady and it's extremely hard to make ends meet financially. Burn out happens very easily High turn over rate Very little room for advancement within the company.
The crew you work with
Not alot, I've yet to meet anyone at the high level
FINANCIAL!! Pay increase would help the culture within the shops and company. The insensitive isn't there really to do better. The stress employees face with the amount of work to only see slightly above minimum wage pay check causes some to leave the company based on financial issues. That alone is culture issue within itself.
Showed up 20 minutes early, had all credentials ready to be shown and was well prepared with any and all questions
Very bad, it's near impossible to support a family on a tire discounters paycheck. Steady income is nonexistent and guarantees are nonexistent as well
The demographic is very open and very welcoming
The ability to know your helping others in a way most wouldn't expect. It's rewarding in other aspects but the helping and looking out for others is key and knowing someone is actually coming to the shop looking for your direct advice is always a good thing to get
Discounts on tires and free use of shop equipment
Long 60 hour work weeks at near minimum wage
Walk in and ask for a job the turnover rate is so high they constantly hire
Very nice to close doors on Sunday. Not many businesses seem to do this anymore
The pay is amazing and the people I work with are amazing
The hours and being told what you want to hear instead of solving a solution
The discounts on all services
No the pay
No growth no sticks behind you has your back like they say they do
Bonuses
