We work on LP, diesel and electric forklifts, scissor, and boom lifts and much more. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Plan and coordinate daily and weekly work schedule by list of priority of work orders created; responsible of managing work schedule and work orders while ensuring customers remain a priority. Responsible for opening and closing all work orders and ensuring the accuracy of each work order at time of completion before sending to the billing department for invoicing; monitor work order from start to finish to ensure labor, parts and all pricing are accurate to customer quote and address overage of time worked before exceeding quote expectations. Operates a mobile tire truck, while abiding by Department of Transportations (DOT) rules and regulations; drives to various customer job sites to install tires.
