Position Overview
The Service Technician is responsible for providing high-quality technical support and service to customers, ensuring that equipment is functioning efficiently and safely. This role involves diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and maintaining various systems to enhance customer satisfaction and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues in equipment.
Perform preventive maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
Repair and replace faulty components and parts in a timely manner.
Calibrate equipment to meet safety regulations and operational standards.
Provide excellent customer service by effectively communicating with clients and addressing their needs.
Utilize technical manuals to understand equipment specifications and procedures.
