You should be well versed in mechanical and low-voltage systems and have the ability to troubleshoot various access control equipment/manufactures. Responsibilities include: Conduct field service visits to troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing access control systems (phone entry systems, gate operators, card readers, door strikes, RFID antennas, cameras, etc.). Perform regular inspections of installed systems to ensure optimal functionality. Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and service calls.
