Requirements Automotive and engine repair experience or auto mechanic training required. ASE certifications preferred. Hold a valid driver license. Graduated from an associate degree program in auto maintenance and repair. Ability to maintain a professional appearance and provide friendly customer service. Must read, interpret and transcribe data in order to maintain accurate records. Perform routine maintenance and other tasks in a fast-paced environment. May lift objects that weigh as much as 50 lbs. High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience as a lube technician, or prepared to do on-the-job training. Understanding of automotive air-conditioning systems. Ability to use the diagnostic equipment. Experience with heavy equipment and as a diesel mechanic, diesel engine knowledge, or prepared to do on-the-job training. Good hand-eye coordination.

Key Responsibilities * Inspect, diagnose, and repair pumps and related rotating equipment. * Disassemble, clean, and rebuild units; replace or adjust defective parts as needed. * Accurately document diagnostics, repairs, and parts used. * Perform technical services including start-ups, installations, and field repairs. * Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams regarding repair status and recommendations. * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. * Adhere to all safety standards and company policies. * Stay current with new products, repair methods, and technical updates. Qualifications * High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training preferred. * Proven experience as a Repair Technician or in a related mechanical/electrical repair role. * Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. * Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic instruments. * Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, drawings, and schematics. * Strong communication and customer service skills. * Capable of working independently or collaboratively as part of a team. * Physically able to lift and move heavy equipment as needed.
