PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS A. Use all required safety equipment. B. Perform inspections on trucks per instruction sheet. Determine if additional safety or service work is required. C. Read all Service Bulletins to keep informed on new products and improvements. D. Correctly diagnose cause of any malfunction/customer complaint.
