This role ensures equipment reliability, operational safety, and adherence to OEM standards in both field and shop environments. Hours: Tuesday - Saturday 9:30 am to 6:00 pm. Duties/ Responsibilities: • Perform scheduled maintenance (500-hour, 1000-hour, 2000-hour, etc.) on Manitowoc friction cranes and hydraulic cranes. • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues; determine root causes and corrective actions. • Maintain schedules for crane lubrication, service wire rope systems, boom hoist assemblies, undercarriage components, system pressure, flow, temperature, and fluid sampling programs. • Utilize mechanical and hydraulic schematics to pinpoint failures. • Report unsafe conditions, defects, or potential failures. • Troubleshoot load indication, limit switches, and control systems on friction and hydraulic cranes. • Conduct pre-operation inspections and assist operators with technical support. • Accurately complete service reports, inspection forms, and work orders. • Maintain clear and professional communication with customers and supervisors • Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and labor hours. • Communicate effectively with owners, inspectors, engineers, and company leadership. • Ensure all maintenance complies with Manitowoc OEM standards and OSHA regulations. • Maintain inventory of tools, parts, and consumables. • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Location: MARMC: Naval Station Norfolk - Norfolk, VA 23511 Job Description/Responsibilities: Provide onsite support to conduct combat system alignment support in accordance with NAVSEAINST 8225.1C.for all elements of Combat System and Navigation System Alignments. Perform measuring, analyzing and correcting or compensating for combat system element pointing errors, roller-path inclination errors between Combat System Elements, Navigation Gyro pitch, roll and heading errors.
