The Job involves racetrack and shop responsibilities including tire service operations, warehousing, tire equipment loading, unloading and event set up. Candidate must be willing to work weekends and travel out of state. This department is responsible for services and support for various product and racing events. This can include racing organizations such as NHRA (drag racing), SCCA, NASA, SVRA (vintage racing), SRL (stock cars). Job includes very physical work both at the track and in the shop.
Shop Duties: Loading, unloading, and warehousing products and equipment used at race and test events. Various tire services including mounting/dismounting/balancing, hand grooving test and race tires, inventory management, stock pulling and scrap tire disposal, and equipment maintenance and repair.
Racing Event Duties: Service area set up, and tear down, tire services including mounting/dismounting/balancing, and customer services

Seeking a reliable Automotive Technician to join our outstanding fleet maintenance team. The Automotive Technician will be responsible for maintaining a diverse range of equipment, including delivery vehicles, heavy-duty on-road tractors, and trailers from various manufacturers. These vehicles' propulsion systems include diesel, gasoline, and alternative technologies such as compressed natural gas, liquefied natural gas, propane, hybrid, and electrical in some locations.
Automotive Technicians must be skilled in troubleshooting and maintaining various systems, including hydraulic brakes, air brakes, electrical systems, and engine controls.
Automotive Technicians must be willing to work 2nd or 3rd shifts, including Monday through Friday, Sunday through Thursday as well as Tuesday through Saturday schedules, depending on the location's need. Automotive Technicians must possess the required hand tools required to perform the applicable job assignment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform all types of troubleshooting and repairs to powered off-road equipment. This includes gas and diesel engines, electrical systems, hydraulic systems, air systems, A/C systems, and computer systems.
Use analyzers and other computer-based software to troubleshoot all aspects of vehicle function.
Drive to the field and work independently and complete assigned tasks.
