Most of my career has been spend in the insurance industry, first as a commercial lines account manager, then as office manager. After several years with an engineering firm, I returned to insurance to help marry the business side with the widening array of computer technology offered to a modern office.

I enjoy the business aspect of my position very much and use my database knowledge to identify areas where additional efficiencies can be sought. I embrace and promote change within an environment that often likes to stay with what has worked historically.

Having prior knowledge of the tasks and expectations of the account management/operations staff has given me a great advantage in determining not only what will improve process but how change will effect the day to day jobs of the staff.
