The Opportunity
Titan America is seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager - Commercial & Infrastructure Solutions to lead marketing initiatives across its full product portfolio and geographic footprint. The Sr. Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with sales, operations, product management, and technical services teams to ensure customer-focused, data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities
Market Strategy & Intelligence

Lead digital marketing efforts-including CRM, website management, email, paid media, and social channels-to align with segment needs.
Customer & Industry Engagement
Strengthen Titan America's brand presence through participation in industry conferences, trade shows, and advocacy bodies.
Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including contractors, architects, engineers, developers, and public sector decision-makers.
Gather customer feedback and purchasing insights to guide continuous improvement in products, services, and marketing approaches.
Performance & Measurement
Monitor and report on marketing effectiveness using KPIs such as market share, campaign ROI, lead generation, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or Materials Science (MBA preferred).
6-8 years of progressive B2B marketing experience, ideally in building materials, construction, or chemicals.
Deep understanding of concrete admixtures, construction supply chains, and decision-making processes in commercial and infrastructure markets.
Demonstrated success in developing integrated campaigns, conducting market analysis, and delivering measurable growth outcomes.
Proficiency in CRM systems, digital marketing platforms, and analytics tools.

Titan Florida, LLC has an immediate opening for a motivated, innovative Safety Manager for our Pennsuco location in Medley, FL. This salary exempt position will report directly to the Assistant Director of Safety. Responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring the facility health and safety program. This will include, but is not limited to, training, sampling, monitoring, site inspections, accident investigations, accident prevention, liaison with governmental agencies, record keeping, workmen's compensation, recommendations for continual improvement and reporting.
Responsibilities:
Review and interpret health, safety and environmental laws, rules and regulations
Development, implementation and monitoring of, but not limited to, the following training: new miner, newly hired experienced miner, task, annual refresher and hazard communication
Development, implementation and monitoring of site inspections and corrective action programs. Must coordinate team efforts to solve problems and implement required actions. Must maintain appropriate administrative documentation for these programs
Coordination of accident investigations and accident reports. Develop, analyze, and report facility statistics and make recommendations to key management personnel
Conduct workmen's compensation related accident investigations
Collect and distribute appropriate statistical information regarding safety for the facility and for appropriate governmental agencies (MSHA, OSHA, etc.)
Write policies that achieve governing agency compliance and are applicable to the operation
Administer facility substance abuse testing programs for both salaried and hourly personnel. Maintain appropriate records and provide reports as required

The individual in this position will be responsible for supporting reliable operation of the plant electrical and automation systems while helping to keep maintenance and repair costs at a minimum.
Job Responsibilities
Maintain and promote strict adherence to all safety rules, regulations, and company policies.
Provide maintenance engineering support to the electrical team.
Help develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for new and existing equipment.
Integrate maintenance tasks required for new equipment and installations into existing maintenance plans.
Design and implement control system architecture upgrades or enhancements.

What You'll Do:
Champion Safety. Take an active role in prioritizing safety throughout the operation for yourself and others at all times in accordance with MSHA and Vulcan standards. Follow established traffic patterns, avoiding hazardous conditions and immediately reporting unsafe ones.
Operate Mobile Equipment Loaders. Operate mobile equipment loaders to load aggregates for processing, feed the plant, and safely load customers' trucks with desired specification product within legal load limits. Operate a loader to strip and prep the mining site and push material closer to the feeder for processing.
Monitor Materials. Maintain an adequate feed of materials and maintain stockpiles. Visually inspect materials for compliance with specifications.
Perform Inspections and Maintenance. Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections and accurately complete daily mobile equipment reports. Observe the plant and report any necessary maintenance or adjustments that may be required. Clean yard and plant areas. Participate in maintenance, repair, and general plant housekeeping activities.
Monitor Processes, Materials, or Surroundings. Monitor the plant and operations and report any necessary maintenance or adjustments that may be required to ensure safety.
Skills You'll Need:
Experience. 2 years experience operating loaders and dozers in a plant environment preferred.
Functional and Safety Knowledge. Must have a solid knowledge and understanding of the equipment's capabilities and specifications of different finished materials. Must recognize various products by sight and understand proper plant operation. Must have a solid knowledge and understanding of OSHA and MSHA rules and regulations. Must have hazard recognition skills.
Flexibility. Must be able to work overtime and extended hours depending on customer and company demands. Must be able to work outside in all types of weather conditions and tolerate being exposed to loud noises.

* Expedites work flows to ensure timely payment to vendors
* Expedites the timely delivery materials that were requested to the warehouse
* Provides tracking to end-users on status of purchase orders
* Ensures availability of the inventory levels for materials in the warehouse
* Prepares timely reporting for Procurement Manager
* Is responsible for ensuring correct vendor management within the policies of Procurement and the SSO with regard to vendor creation, payment terms, and certificates of insurance (Risk management)
