The Opportunity
Titan America is seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager - Commercial & Infrastructure Solutions to lead marketing initiatives across its full product portfolio and geographic footprint. This highly visible role is central to defining and executing strategies that strengthen market positioning, expand brand visibility, and deliver measurable business growth.
The Sr. Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with sales, operations, product management, and technical services teams to ensure customer-focused, data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities
Market Strategy & Intelligence

Customer & Industry Engagement
Strengthen Titan America's brand presence through participation in industry conferences, trade shows, and advocacy bodies.
Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including contractors, architects, engineers, developers, and public sector decision-makers.
Gather customer feedback and purchasing insights to guide continuous improvement in products, services, and marketing approaches.
Performance & Measurement
Monitor and report on marketing effectiveness using KPIs such as market share, campaign ROI, lead generation, and customer satisfaction.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership, ensuring alignment of marketing initiatives with business objectives.

Responsibilities
Job Duties:
* Safely operate the site Loader in moving materials, and ensuring materials are properly stored.
* Ensure all irrigation systems are operable & appropriately hydrating the various aggregates.
* Ensure plant/yard housekeeping is appropriate to include shoveling, sweeping, and washing down the yard frequently.
* Ensure all appropriate EPA guidelines are followed and yard up to appropriate regulatory standards.
* Assist Plant Supervisor with monthly inventory.
* With direction from Plant Supervisor, coordinate the traffic flow of the yard.
* Ensure haulers are placing materials in appropriate areas.
* Ensure haulers are rendering tickets in the batch house.
* Must be able to travel within the delivery area to other plant locations.
* Ability to safely offload rail cars.
* Ensure plant bins are fully loaded with appropriate materials during batching hours of operation.
* Properly maintain the loader, i.e., grease all fittings, keep fuel level full, perform daily mechanical inspections, and report issues.
* Ability to perform other duties as required.
Qualifications

Job Summary
Performs all types of mechanical jobs throughout the plant and quarry, during regular operation schedule and mechanical maintenance. Welding jobs include actual equipment and machinery and/or new pieces of equipment and structures needed for the normal operation of the plant and quarry. Job Responsibilities
* Perform welding jobs using electric, acetylene and/or arc-air equipment evaluates and coordinates welding needs and repairs
* Identify and select necessary metal and equipment, including mechanical equipment
* Make and use sketches and drawings
* Perform pipefitting work, requiring welded joints or connections
* Perform steel structural work on buildings
* Perform maintenance modifications, cut and layout work
* Assist and performs emergency repairs throughout the plant and quarry
* Use bars, calipers, gauges, precision instruments, hand tools and wrenches
* Performs necessary repairs to welding equipment
* Inspects equipment reported malfunctions and carries out required repairs as needed
* Assist maintenance personnel during repairs and erection of metal structures
* Maintain necessary maintenance records
* Prevent damage to machinery, equipment, tools and material
* Lead one or more repairman welders during welding jobs and/or repairs
* Coordinate and oversee the work of other maintenance and plant personnel
