Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement comprehensive quality control plans for large-scale Data Center projects. Conduct regular inspections and audits of electrical installations, Life Safety systems, special systems, medium voltage systems, equipment, and materials to verify adherence to project specifications and quality standards as well as contractual obligations.
-Understanding and coordinating with BIM Manager conduit systems.
-Collaborate with project managers and field leadership to establish quality objectives, performance metrics, and inspection criteria. Maintaining daily QC and as-built documentation. Review project plans, drawings, and specifications to identify potential quality issues and recommend corrective actions. Investigate non-conformities, deficiencies, and customer complaints, and develop effective corrective and preventive actions. Maintain accurate documentation of quality control activities, including inspection reports, test records, non-conformance reports, and corrective action plans.
-Verify all Submittal and RFI requirements are met. Review all project submittals and RFI's for compliance with QC requirements.
-Preparation and managing the punch list inspection and follow-up process to assure timely completion. Preparation of close-out documentation such as O&M manuals, as-built drawings & specifications, warranties, LEED documentation, etc.
-Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and best practices.
-Conduct supplier evaluations and quality audits to ensure the quality and reliability of purchased materials and components.
-Oversee and manage the calibration and maintenance of electrical testing equipment to ensure accurate and reliable results.
-Develop and implement quality control procedures and policies to ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations. Stay updated on industry developments, technological advancements, and regulatory changes related to electrical systems and quality management. Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures.

The **Communications Technician** is responsible for the planning, layout and complete installation of new and retrofit communications equipment and systems in accordance with all applicable plans, specifications, codes and industry standards for a particular project. This includes conducting site surveys, pulling cable, terminating and testing both copper and fiber optic cable to the highest level of specifications as well as installing ancillary communications systems.
The candidate must have extensive experience with the installation, termination and testing of Structured Cable Plant in commercial environments. Hospital or Airport installs will be a plus. The candidate should have knowledge of BICSI guidelines for proper install and termination procedures. Employees must provide their own hand tools. This position requires that you be able to train and supervise apprentices in a team environment while facilitating the installation of cabling and electronics. The Director will also oversee purchasing agents and ensure all activities comply with company policies and legal standards.
Responsibilities
· Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost savings and operational efficiency.
· Lead the regional purchasing teams by setting clear goals and providing mentorship.
· Oversee the procurement process, including requisition, sourcing, purchasing, and delivery.
· Oversee and coordinate the vehicle fleet and maintenance program.

· Prepare/present reports on procurement, fleet activities, cost analyses, and supplier performance.
· Maintain knowledge of market rates for goods, establish essential guidelines for approving PO's.
· Create purchasing process.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations in all procurement activities.
Qualifications and Required Skills
· Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
· 8+ years of experience in purchasing or supply chain management, with at least 3 yrs. in leadership role.
· Strong knowledge of fleet management, tooling procurement and tracking, and vendor negotiations.
· Certification in Procurement or Supply Chain Management (e.g., CSCP, CPSM) preferred.
· Strong negotiation skills, analytical abilities, and organizational skills.
· Proficiency in procurement software, Microsoft Office, and ERP systems.
· Ability to travel regionally to oversee purchasing operations and meet with suppliers.
· Physical ability to perform job requirements, including lifting up to 40 lbs.
· Ability to withstand periods of sitting, standing and walking.
