The Human Resources Manager ensures that all aspects of HR operations (new hire and exit processes, uniforms, compliance, etc.) are executed accurately and efficiently through a team of Human Resources Administrators and HR Assistants and is also responsible for HR duties in the following areas: employee relations and discipline, employment law compliance, leaves, and other related areas. This role will work out of our downtown Chicago Headquarters 5 days a week.
Human Resources Manager Responsibilities:
Manage HR operational processes through a team of HR professionals - including new hire and exit processing, attendance, unemployment, etc.
Administer human resources policies and procedures
Investigate employee relations issues and discipline
Coach managers on HR processes and procedures
Manage and administer employee leaves
Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations and collective bargaining agreement (CBA) concerning employment, including security officer licensing
Manage employee uniform process and front desk team

Human Resources Manager Qualifications:
Associate's degree in related field, Bachelor's degree preferred
3 years or more in human resources preferred
1 years or more of leading a team of HR/administrative office professionals preferred

Job Title: Vice President, Sr. Counsel - Employment, Compliance and Risk Position Summary
The Vice President, Sr. Counsel will serve as a key legal partner to the executive team and HR leadership. This role is responsible for providing expert legal guidance on all workplace matters, regulatory compliance (including agency and guard card licenses), and overseeing the company's risk management portfolio (including General Liability and Workers' Compensation). You will have a team of compliance and claims professionals. You will be expected to mitigate legal exposure while supporting the company's operational and growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities 1. Employment Law & Labor Relations
Legal Advisory: Provide guidance on employment and labor law compliance (ADA, FMLA, etc.), wage and hour laws, and complete position statements as needed
Litigation Management: Manage outside counsel for employment litigation and represent the company in administrative proceedings (EEOC, DOL, state agencies).
Labor Relations: Advise on labor law compliance, manage grievance procedures, and provide strategic support during collective bargaining or union organizing activity.
2. Regulatory Compliance & Licensing
Agency Licensing: Oversee Compliance team's maintenance of Private Security Agency licenses across our footprint. Act as the primary liaison with state regulatory boards (e.g., IDFPR in Illinois, BSIS in California).
Guard Card Oversight: Oversee Compliance team's management of security officer credentialing. Ensure internal onboarding processes meet strict state-mandated background check, training, and registry requirements.
Client Contract Compliance Oversight: Oversee Compliance team's management of compliance with client contract requirements (such as additional screenings, training, etc.)
Regulatory Audits: Lead the company's response to state audits regarding licensing, payroll compliance for guards, and training records.
3. Risk Management & Claims
Claims Oversight: Supervise the strategy and resolution of General Liability (GL) and Workers' Compensation claims in partnership with Third Party Administrators (TPAs).
Risk Mitigation: Analyze claim trends to identify operational gaps and recommend safety or training protocols to reduce future liability.
4. Commercial Contracts
Contract Review: Perform basic review and negotiation of client service agreements (MSAs) and vendor contracts.
Risk Allocation: Ensure contracts appropriately limit the company's liability and align with our insurance tower.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 7 -12 years of legal practice, with a significant focus on employment law. Experience in a law firm or in-house legal department is required. Experience in contract security, staffing, or a similarly regulated labor-intensive industry is highly preferred.
Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and an active license to practice law in good standing.
Expertise:
Deep knowledge of federal and state employment law and labor relations
Familiarity with regulated labor-intensive industries
Familiarity with risk management and the mechanics of Workers' Compensation and General Liability insurance.
Familiarity with contract drafting and negotiation
Communication: Ability to translate complex legal concepts into actionable advice for non-legal business partners.

The Scheduling Manager reports to the Director of Operations and is primarily responsible for supervising the day-to-day security operations of Titan Security. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

We are hiring an Event Shift Supervisor to work at a Museum in Chicago. Ideal candidates must be available to work all shifts and must be available to work weekends.
Responsibilities:
* Help supervise operations of an assigned Client site on assigned shift.

* Effectively utilize access control systems, visitor management systems and CCTV systems as needed.
* Identify all tenants and/or visitors upon arrival.
* Ensure visitors and vendors are properly signed in prior to accessing the building.
* Observe departing personnel to guard against theft of tenant or building property.
* Monitor security cameras that are within the facility.
* Respond to incidents including property emergencies.
* Conduct general patrols of the entire property during various hours, if required, including numerous flights of stairs and frequent patrols of the exterior in any weather conditions.
* Ability to stand/sit/walk for extended periods of time.
* Assist tenants and visitors with directions and general business information.
* Clearly and accurately record data such as property damage, unusual occurrences, and malfunctioning of equipment, to building and Titan management.

The Global Proposal Specialist reports to the VP of Sales Enablement and is responsible for

Qualifications of the Global Proposal Specialist:
● Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or another field that supports
organizational or administrative skill development.
● Experience: 3+ years of experience in proposal development, sales support, sales
enablement project coordination or contract-heavy service environments (security,
facilities, janitorial, engineering or similar industries preferred).

The Regional Proposal Specialist reports to the VP of Sales Enablement and is responsible for
managing, developing, and delivering high-quality proposals for security services opportunities
across an assigned region. This role partners closely with Executive Leadership, Business
Development Managers, Operations leadership, Pricing Analysts, Risk Management, and Sales
Enablement to ensure every proposal is accurate, compelling, and delivered on time.
The ideal candidate is organized and thrives in a deadline-driven environment while translating
operational, pricing, and client requirements into polished proposals that position the company
as the preferred partner. This role also ensures Regional consistency with national standards
while improving efficiency, accuracy, and win rates across various markets.
Responsibilities of the Regional Proposal Specialist include, but are not limited to:
● Coordinate the full lifecycle of RFP, RFI, RFQ, and proposal submissions, including
timelines, task assignments, and deliverable tracking.
● Review RFP documents to identify all requirements, risks, deadlines, and mandatory
forms.
● Organize proposal kickoff and subsequent kick-off meetings for complex RFPs and
ensure alignment on win strategies and go/no-go decisions.
● Own the process of securing required inputs across departments
● Draft and edit proposal narratives, cover letters, case studies, and resumes, ensuring
clear, compelling, and client-focused content.
● Gather and organize required inputs from Sales, Operations, HR, Risk, and Leadership
to complete submission packages.
● Ensure all proposals meet client specifications, including formatting, structure,
compliance requirements, and submission standards.
● Maintain and update a library of standard content, templates, resumes, past
performance summaries, and differentiators.
● Partner with Pricing and Rebid teams to incorporate accurate staffing models, cost
components, and pricing exhibits.
● Prepare final submission packages, ensuring accuracy of attachments, forms, and
supplemental documents.
● Maintain proposal activity and documentation in Salesforce.
● Track Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly KPIs to measure the effectiveness of submissions
and trends in RFP requests.
● Provide recommendations on new proposal and presentation content to drive continuous
innovation and success.
● Support creation of sales presentations and client-facing materials as needed.
Qualifications of the Regional Proposal Specialist:
● Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or another field that supports
organizational or administrative skill development.
● Experience: 3+ years of experience in proposal development, sales support, sales
enablement project coordination or contract-heavy service environments (security,
facilities, janitorial, engineering or similar industries preferred).
● Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Ability to obtain a valid PERC.
● Language Skills: Must have the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
● Other Qualifications: High proficiency in Microsoft Office and proposal generation
systems. Knowledge of the Security industry is strongly preferred. Ability to work
unpredictable hours, including some evenings and weekends. Ability to pass
pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check required. Strong attention
to detail and commitment to accuracy.

● Prior experience managing complex, multi-site RFPs or high-volume proposal pipelines
● Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven service environments
