Responsibilities include but are no limited to: Responsibilities: * Help supervise operations of an assigned Client site on assigned shift. * Report directly to Site Supervisor/Director and/or Marksman / Titan Management. * Manage a team of security officers, including participating in scheduling, payroll, training, coaching, development and support. * Ensure the Client Site is provided with high quality security services to protect people and property. * Handle all escalated security issues or emergency situations appropriately. * Assist in the Coordination and/or conduct site-specific "on the job training", client-specific training and annual refresher training for staff by adhering to Titan's training standards. * Develop/maintain operational procedures and post orders that are always available for emergency reference by staff. * Train and qualify to work assigned post. Understands the specific and general post instructions for that assigned post. Maintain practical knowledge of all additional and emergency post instructions that are called for by the client. * Maintain access control procedures set by building management. * Observe departing personnel to guard against theft of tenant or building property. * Respond to incidents including property emergencies. * Conduct general patrols of the entire property during various hours, if required, including numerous flights of stairs and frequent patrols of the exterior in any weather conditions. * Assist tenants and visitors with directions and general business information. * Clearly and accurately record data such as property damage, unusual occurrences, and malfunctioning of equipment, to building and Titan management. * Other duties as assigned. Flex Officer Explanation The Flex Officer position is crucial to our company's operational and financial success. The flex officer provides trained, competent support by working shifts which become open due to illness, call-offs, weather, vacation, or other causes. This enables Sunstates to provide continual, uninterrupted service to our customers, while also protecting the health and work balance of our personnel. Scheduling Expectations The scheduling parameters and expectations for a flex officer are different from those of an employee assigned to a fixed post. As a flex: You will be trained at various posts and /or facilities based on operational need. While you may work at a specific post or location for several weeks due to need, this will not be a permanent assignment. Your schedule (shifts, days off, hours per week, etc.) will vary based on operational need. You will be assigned to, or offered the opportunity to accept, shifts as they become available due to staffing needs. Some of your shifts will be scheduled in advance and posted with the new week's schedule. Sometimes you will be called with short notice and asked to come in to cover for someone who is unable to work their shift. You are expected to work any shift for which you are scheduled in advance which falls within the availability described on this sheet.
