In my different positions I have always faced significant short-term as well as mid- to long-term strategic challenges. Together with good team members and support from boards and advisors, I have always managed successful transformation and profitable growth of my company/division/business unit. Actions have included technology improvements and new products, customer focus and commercial excellence programs, geographical expansion, manufacturing excellence, restructuring, team development and turn-arounds, M&A.
