Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and motivated Class Instructor to lead engaging and dynamic fitness classes at our Anytime Fitness Milton location. As a Class Instructor, you will play a key role in creating a positive and energetic atmosphere that inspires and motivates our members. You will lead fitness classes, ensuring a high level of member satisfaction and safety. Key Responsibilities: Lead and instruct group fitness classes - we are looking for Zumba instructors! Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for all members. Monitor class attendance and gather feedback to continuously improve the class experience. Promote and support Anytime Fitness programs, services, and memberships. Qualifications: Certified Group Fitness Instructor (e.g., ACE, AFAA, NASM) or equivalent certification. (Certification in your specific class is great!) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to create a positive and encouraging class environment. Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends. CPR/AED certification Compensation: $25.00 per hour Something different is happening here. And it's Real AF.
