Responsibilities
  • Supervise food prep work while maintaining food quality, plate presentation and sanitation standards.
  • Verify that all portion sizes, recipes, quality standards, department rules, policies and procedures are maintained by kitchen associates.
  • Supervise all associates and food production in their area.
  • Partner with service personnel and restaurant managers to satisfy guests.
  • Maintain all kitchen equipment in full working order.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of walk-ins and freezers at all times.
  • Actively work to maintain food cost within parameters set by culinary leadership.

Equipment Leasing, Registration Supervisor plays a significant role in driving strategic company-wide equipment titling and leasing initiatives. This role will assist with title, tag, and registration process for Daseke Leasing Service (DLS), including new registration and renewals for all Daseke Companies.
Responsibilities

Process Registrations, Tags, Lien Holders with State for optimal State Tax Exemption.

Assist with lease contracts for Daseke Leasing Services (DLS) as well as compute leasing cost for each asset by Daseke Operating Companies.

Responsible for Daseke Leasing Services (DLS) equipment purchasing and leasing documentation to include equipment financing, loan schedules, lien holders and title assignments between Daseke Leasing Services (DLS) and Daseke Operating Companies.

Assist with Title, Tag and Registration Process for Daseke Leasing Services (DLS), Including New Registrations and Renewals for ALL Daseke Companies. Daseke Leasing Services (DLS) will be the registered account holder of the International Registration Plan for trucks in Georgia and registered account holder for trailers in Maine.

Supervise title/registration administrators.

Maintain records of all titled equipment for Daseke Leasing Services.

Responsible for processing and filing Heavy Vehicle Use Tax Returns (IRS Form 2290) for Daseke Leasing Services (DLS).

Oversee State tax exemption process with Equipment Repairs for all 48 states.

Maintain records of citations and violations and distribute to applicable Daseke Operating Companies based on vehicle identification number.

Responsible for the accounting, reconciliation, and audit (SOX Compliance) for all DLS owned equipment.

Requirements

3 years of industry experience

Experience working with Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Excel, and Word

Must be highly skilled in use of Excel Spreadsheets

Must have strong, concise written and oral communication skills

Must be well organized

Able to work independently as well as part of a team

Ability to handle confidential data (i.e., equipment purchase information, trade, sale equipment information and maintenance statistics)

Ability to multi-task; Must be a self-starter and have the ability to organize & prioritize workload to meet deadlines
