2007 TITLESMART OPENED ITS DOORS IN MAPLEWOOD WITH A SATELLITE OFFICE IN EDINA After more than 21 years of working in the title industry as employees of other title companies, Cindy Koebele decided it was time to start her own company.

2014 TITLESMART OPENED TWO NEW OFFICES Woodbury and Apple Valley became the two newest TitleSmart locations.
2015 AWARDS AND ACCOLADES 2015 was the year of accolades at TitleSmart! Minneapolis/St Paul Business Journal named Cindy Koebele one of the Women in Business winners, and TitleSmart was named as one of the Business Journal’s Best Places to Work.
TitleSmart was also named on the 2016 Fast 50 Honorees by the Minneapolis/St Paul Business Journal for the second time as one of the Twin Cities fastest-growing private companies.
2018 NEW LOCATION On March 18th TitleSmart opened its Faribault location.
2018 AWARDS & ACCOLADES TitleSmart was named one of the StarTribune Top 150 workplaces.
2019 NEW LOCATIONS TitleSmart opened its new Blaine location on April 15th, 2019.
TitleSmart moved its Apple Valley office to its new location in December 2019.
2019 AWARDS & ACCOLADES TitleSmart was named one of StarTribune’s Top 150 Workplaces and was named a Best Place to Work by the Minneapolis/St Paul Business Journal.
2020 NEW LOCATION TitleSmart moved its Woodbury office to its new location in April 2020.
2020 MOURNED THE LOSS OF OUR BELOVED ELIZABETH VANEYLL TitleSmart mourned the loss of our beloved Elizabeth VanEyll (Closer) to Metastatic Breast Cancer and raised over 50K for METAvivor, SpareKey, and Solid Ground together with Elizabeth's friends, family, and loved ones.
