    Job: Clinic Manager - Full Time Classification: Salaried/Exempt FLSA Category: Executive Exemption Job Category: 1.2 First / Mid-Level Officials and Managers The Clinic Manager oversees office functions of the clinic, including patient reception, client data collection, records storage, employee scheduling and evaluations, and billing. The Manager ensures proper registration of patients in the Electronic Medical Record and provides knowledgeable and timely responses to patient inquiries. Essential Functions -Oversees office functions, including patient reception, client information collection, records storage, and data collections. -Coordinates clinic scheduling and staffing. -Assists patients with financial arrangements for balances due for self-pay patients. -Verifies patient insurance coverage to determine co-pays, deductibles, and coinsurance. -Assists patient inquiries related to charges, balances, insurance payment, and/or denials of benefits. -Provides forms and information related to available local and state assistance programs. -Serves as a focal point for problem resolution within the clinic. -Prepares daily reports showing daily collections and verification of deposits. -Works with director and other staff members to improve existing procedures, methods, services, and programs and implements any changes. -Appropriately requisitions, maintains, and disposes of inventory and insures the safe storage of materials. -Maintains contact with employees, medical staff, providers, and patients to discuss services, problems, and information. -Works with medical director and providers to ensure quality of all clinical services. -Adheres to and follows all patient experience initiatives. -Reports to and departs from work on time and as scheduled. -Performs other duties as assigned. -Must be able to deal with stress while maintaining composure. -Follows and adheres to TRMC vaccine policy(s) mandated by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).
