The pros are definitely the residents. Especially the memory care residents. My heart will forever be in mc.
The management, especially Zachary Gray (ED) and Pablo Suazo (DON). Definitely felt as if walking on eggshells almost every single day at work. Depending on either of their moods, would depend if people continued employment or not…
My favorite perk was the relationships developed with the residents and some co-workers.
Unfamiliar with the CEO. I have tried many times in the last 2 weeks to even get ONE single person from corporate to even return a phone call.
People are who they are. I have no idea how to improve Bridgewater Park Assisted Living. Maybe start by hiring a new executive director.
It was 3 years ago so I don’t honestly remember.
The pay is actually good…at least for the nurses.

The cons of working for Mason. When hired I was told it was Monday 'Friday. You have to do manager weekends. Some of the works are allowed to treat other employees very poorly. Communication is poor.
Never meet CEO.so I can't say.
