Caribbean Blue Scrubs. Unit Information: Multiple TELE Units. Unit 700: 34 Bed unit. Specializing in the care of post-operative patients of many surgical specialties including vascular, urological, and general abdominal surgeries. The unit provides both pre-operative and post-operative care.
Unit 600: 40 Bed unit. Cardiac Unit. Offers 2 Bariatric rooms and 38 private rooms. Ratios - 1:5 days and 1:6 nights.
Unit 500: 36 Bed Unit. Acute Cardiac Unit. Offers 1 Bariatric room, 2 ADA accessible units, and 18 private rooms. Care for Acute Heart failure; Heart rhythm problems needing continuous and titrating IV cardiac medication; heart attacks; breathing problems associated with heart problems; and a heart infection or fluid around the heart.
Neuro TELE Unit: 30 bed Unit. Made up of 3 epilepsy monitoring rooms, 9 intensive observation rooms. Focuses on patients with neurological disorders, and patients that have had brain or spinal surgeries.
TELE Observation: 18 bed Unit. This unit is needed when the Emergency Department treatment has not successfully improved the patient's condition for discharge.
**On-Site -** You will be required to be physically present at the office or workplace during your working hours. **PURPOSE AND SCOPE:** Supports FMCNA's mission,vision, core values and customer service philosophy. Adheres to the FMCNA Compliance Program, including followingall regulatory and FMS policy requirements. Functions as the hemodialysis team leader in the provisionof chronic hemodialysis care and treatment. Provides day to day direction and supervision to assigneddirect patient care staff. Communicates with the physician and other members of the healthcare team to interpret, adjust, and complete patient care plans. **PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Provide day to day guidance, support and direction to direct patient care staff, providing informal feedback on an ongoing basis and formal feedback input for the annual performance evaluation. Participate in the department staffing and the appropriate hiring, firing and disciplinary actions. Recommend disciplinary action to Facility Administrator and initiate as appropriate.
+ Ensure compliance with all company and facility approved procedures and policies as well as regulations set forth by state and federal agencies.
