Compensation At Tailwinds, we believe every full-time licensed clinician deserves to earn at least six figures (plus benefits) on an annual basis within two years or less. Full-time clinicians are expected to maintain an average caseload of 25 clients per week and are eligible for benefits. The Fine Print: Locations: The 2026 Summer Internship Program will be offered in our Chicago and New York offices. Hybrid Model: This is a full-time (35-40 hours a week) paid internship that operates in a hybrid model, with 3-4 days expected to be in office. To ensure you can fully immerse yourself in our collaborative culture, come the start of the program in June, you must be located within a commutable distance of the office you plan to work in.
