Mr. Rodriguez joined our Board in June 2020. Since 2019, Mr. Rodriguez has been the Chief Executive Officer of DaVita Inc., a Fortune 500 company providing healthcare services to kidney disease patients throughout the United States and internationally. DaVita strives to improve patients’ quality of life through clinical innovation and integrated, personalized care. From 2014 to 2019, he was the CEO of DaVita Kidney Care, the company’s business unit that treats patients with kidney failure and end-stage renal disease. Mr. Rodriguez has spent more than 20 years in various executive roles at DaVita, driving the company’s transformation for how kidney care is delivered. In 2019, Mr. Rodriguez was ranked No. 40 on the Modern Healthcare list of 100 Most Influential People in Healthcare and in 2015 was named one of the Top 10 Leaders by Hispanic Executive magazine. He currently serves as a member of the boards of directors of DaVita and the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce.

Dan Wernikoff has served as our Chief Executive Officer since October 2019. Prior to that, Mr. Wernikoff held various general manager roles during fifteen years at Intuit, including in its two largest business units, the Small Business Group and the Consumer Group. During his tenure, he was instrumental in evolving the Small Business Group from a US, desktop centric business, to a global online platform. Over the course of his tenure overseeing QuickBooks, he grew the QuickBooks Online user base tenfold. While general manager of the Consumer Group, Wernikoff was responsible for the introduction of TurboTax Live, a service that integrated CPAs into the DIY tax filing experience. He also drove the evolution of TurboTax into a platform through the introduction of the Turbo product and a marketplace of financial services. Prior to his various general manager roles, Wernikoff held various product and marketing leadership positions while at Intuit.

Multi-cultural experience, having lived in Asia/Pacific, Europe, and North America and worked extensively in every global region.

She has worked as excellent customer service at Financial Reconciler, Corporate Payroll; Executive Assistant to Archbishop Wm E. Lori at Archdiocese of Baltimore; and Executive Assistant to CNO, VP of Nursing at GBMC Healthcare Inc. Michelle attended Walden University between 2017 and 2017, University of Baltimore between 2011 and 2014, and Community College of Baltimore County between 2010 and 2010.
