This is a full-time delivery driver position with TNT Transportation LLC, delivering packages! MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS.
STARTS AT 720 am - Up to 10-hour days Especially during Seasonal Peaks

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Successfully handle and deliver packages on time
Safely drive and perform safety inspections on Company vehicle
Follow all local & state laws, road/driving regulations, and Company policies
Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction despite stressful events / conditions
Keep pace in physically demanding job; work in all weather conditions and on various routes; lift packages (up to 50 lbs.); get in and out of a van repeatedly throughout the day at variable locations
Communicate effectively with support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed
Use smart phone device for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicate with supervisors and other team members
Load and unload packages in delivery vehicle
Support the team in daily work requirements including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes
Requirements:
Must be at least 21 years old
Must hold a non-provisional, unrestricted driver's license
Authorized to work in the United States
Must pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening (which does not include pre-employment testing for marijuana)
Must have a clean motor vehicle report (multiple violations can disqualify you from the position)
Must have good English speaking, reading, writing / communication skills

Minimum Qualifications
Less than 2 years related experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license, good driving record, and ability to safely operate lift trucks.
Preferred Qualifications
Good mechanical and electrical aptitudes, knowledge of electrical/electronic systems and hydraulics and internal combustion engines, and the ability to read and understand electrical and hydraulic schematics.
Good written/verbal communication and customer care skills.
Technical degree, previous lift truck repair, welding experience, and knowledge of various types of testing equipment preferred.
Familiar with tools and equipment such as common hand tools, electrical/air tools, torch, arc welder and various types of testing equipment.
Industry related training is preferred
Ability to read and understand service manuals, plan, and follow-through

POSITION SUMMARY
The 3rd Shift Machine Operator will operate equipment and provide leadership to crew to produce the finest quality product at rates and standards consistent with the Company's desire to be a Preferred Supplier of cost effective top quality products.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING. OTHER DUTIES MAY BE ASSIGNED.
Responsible for safety, quality and efficiency of Vboard machine and crew.
Effectively and efficiently operate Vboard machine to maintain production goals.
Provide crew leadership and coordinate crew.
Lead communications with crew and plant leadership.
Support and lead training efforts.
Proficient in all areas of the Vboard machine.
Meet performance metrics. Document and communicate in glass wall.
Ability to perform preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on all equipment.
Ability to satisfactorily perform all Vboard duties.
Participate in continuous improvement and effectively communicate opportunities to improve efficiencies and effectiveness for this position.
All other reasonable duties as required.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in all phases of machine and department operation as needed for breaks, changes, or special projects.
Keep up to date with any ongoing machine improvements.
Maintain cleanliness to ensure safety of all personnel.
Foster an attitude of lean thinking, sustain improvements and motivating the rest of the crew to not be satisfied with status quo.
WORK RELATIONSHIP AND SCOPE
Work closely and be in constant communication with Production Supervisor & Operations Manager for direction on daily work schedule, staff for machines and up-coming order changes.
Ensure all safety guidelines are followed. Report any unsafe conditions, incidents, injuries to supervision immediately.
Ensure good communication between shifts.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
The Crew Leader must hold a high school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must possess the ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees of the organization. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

WORKING CONDITIONS
