Position Summary: The GMP Labeler is responsible for performing labeling activities within a GMP-regulated warehouse environment. This role ensures that all labeling, verification, and documentation processes are executed in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP). This person will play a key role in maintaining product traceability and supporting overall material control activities. Key Responsibilities: Perform labeling of boxes, containers, and packaging materials in accordance with approved procedures and labeling specifications. Verify material information such as batch numbers, lot numbers, and product identifiers to ensure accuracy prior to labeling. Maintain accurate and complete documentation in compliance with GDP requirements, both paper-based and electronic. Conduct quality checks on labeling activities to ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory Support material handling activities as needed, including staging, movement, and verification of goods within the warehouse. Enter data accurately into warehouse or quality management systems, maintaining high attention to detail. Collaborate with warehouse and quality teams to ensure timely completion of labeling and release activities. Escalate any discrepancies, labeling errors, questions or nonconformances to Quality Management for investigation or resolution. Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within Quality Operations workflows. Train, mentor, and provide guidance to site personnel on GMP requirements and quality best practices. Working knowledge of GMP, GDP, and quality system requirements, including deviations, CAPAs, complaints, and change control. Tobin Scientific's all-encompassing approach and commitment to quality make us an industry innovator, empowering our partners through the complexities of the biopharma industry Position Overview: The Site Manager is responsible for the daily management and operational oversight of the team, ensuring efficient and safe execution of all site activities. This role serves as the primary point of contact for our 3PL and other vendors, coordinating labor, enforcing safety regulations, and providing critical reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs). This role is integral for the customer to have all materials necessary to perform their duties uninterrupted and will be the main liaison for the direct customers. The Site Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining smooth operations and addressing any escalations related to damages, traffic, or other site-specific issues. This individual represents the partnership between Tobin Scientific and the customer, and to do so, is able to exhibit the ability to have fruitful interactions with professionals in the biopharma industry. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred; degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field. Proven experience (2+ years) in operations management, preferably within a logistics or warehousing environment. Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and guide large teams. Prior leadership or team lead experience in a warehouse or distribution setting Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to manage and resolve escalations effectively. Strong communication, organizational, and reporting skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc) Minimum Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with both internal teams and external partners or vendors. Proficiency in transferring knowledge and ensuring that all team members understand and adhere to training materials, guidelines, and standard operating procedures. Ability to lead, motivate, and develop large, diverse teams in high-pressure environments. Resource allocation experience. Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems for tracking inventory, processing orders, and managing logistics operations. High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in reporting, order fulfillment, and daily operations. Familiarity with safety protocols in warehouse and distribution center environments, including OSHA regulations, safety guidelines, and emergency procedures. Understanding of regulatory requirements for logistics and warehousing, including quality standards, inventory control, and legal compliance. Key Responsibilities: On-site point of contact for the client to assist and resolve all shipping and receiving concerns in a timely manner. Provide daily leadership and direction to a team of 8+ shipping and receiving personnel. Foster a positive and productive work environment. Train and mentor team members on operational procedures and best practices. Manage team schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels. Enforce all safety regulations and procedures, ensuring a safe working environment. Conduct regular safety inspections and address any safety concerns promptly. Ensure compliance with all relevant company policies and industry standards. Support the escalation communication of damages, traffic concerns, and other site-related issues. Track and report key performance metrics, including order fulfillment and staging accuracy, on-time delivery, processing, and quality of damage/loss reports. Manage and allocate resources effectively, ensuring that the right people are in the right roles at the right times to meet operational needs. Mediate conflicts, address concerns, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner to maintain a positive work environment. Provide constructive feedback, coaching team members for performance improvements, and supporting career development goals.
