Assist students as needed with academics and any technological challenges that may arise. Teacher Activities: Ratios vary. Design lesson plans based on student interest and school day needs. Examples include: Mario-themed math, reading outside, service learning pro, and STEM activities. Teachers, on their own, may be responsible for leading a group of no more than 20 students. The teacher may be assisted by another staff member as well. This will allow the teacher to support more students with stronger small group interactions.
