Duties
Implement educational curriculum and classroom activities.

Manage day-to-day activities including but not limited to: diapering, feeding, cleaning, and potty training.
Teach and manage the classroom.
Follow and teach curriculum, planning and executing weekly lesson plans.
Communicate with children's parents or guardians about daily activities and progress.
Ensure all ministry policies and state regulations are met.
This is a year round position.
Requirements
High school diploma, 18+ years of age (must be 21+ to work in the infant room)
1 year of experience in a child care setting.
1 year of experience teaching pre-school.
Pass a Criminal History Check.

The Role

Required Qualifications
Minimum of a CDA or an associate degree in child development, early childhood education or a related degree with early childhood equivalent coursework equivalent to a major relating to early childhood education, with experience teaching preschool-age children.
Professional proficiency in spoken and written English.
Demonstrated ability to successfully communicate and collaborate with individuals and teams at all levels-whether internal or external-in the provision of high-quality services to children and families.
