Responsibilities
* Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curricula to promote cognitive, motor, emotional, and self regulation skills.
* Attend to the physical and emotional needs of children including toileting/diapering, minor first aid, necessary specialized first aid (with training), emotional support, and comfort care.
* Supervise and train student workers and interns as they interact with children and maintain a clean and orderly physical environment. Work as a team member to ensure a welcoming, safe, nurturing educational environment for children, Springfield College students, families, campus departments, and community members.

About Us
