What is the opportunity?
This position will be on-site 5 days per week.
The ConstructionManager position is responsible for supervising all on-site construction, including scheduling subcontractors, resolving day-to-day problems on the job site, and inspecting all work during construction to ensure compliance with plans and specifications and resolving construction problems.

About this Role

Typical project sizes range from 5 MW to 200 MW.
What You'll Do
Coordinate internal and external resources to lead bid/no-bid decisions.
Define project requirements, deliverables, and timelines; coordinate with internal teams and external partners to deliver compliant, cost-competitive proposals.
Lead cross-functional teams to ensure strong relationships and clear communication throughout the proposal development process.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of project scope and collaborate with supply chain and estimating teams to eliminate scope gaps or overlaps.
Provide technical guidance, subject matter expertise, and regulatory insight to ensure compliance with design and construction requirements and client expectations.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with design partners.
Develop and execute strategies to mitigate risk and maximize profitability.

What You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Science/Management, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience or a combination of education and experience may be considered.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a BESS preconstruction role with an EPC, IPP, developer, or utility.

About this Role

Job Summary:
Construction Fiber Supervisor with Telecom experience for outside plant fiber installation on fiber to the home projects. This position is accountable for the successful fiber splicing execution of the project and supervising in house and subcontractor crews. This position has the authority to allocate resources and make splicing decisions for the assigned area in accordance with Division Policies, Standards, Guides and Contractual commitments.
Accountable for site safety, quality, schedule, and cost on assigned projects. This position is responsible for assuring availability of resources with proper expertise and tools to support assigned construction project execution. Must be able to perform accurate material and scope rake offs. Must be able to reconcile splicing activities and manage scope change during construction. A strong understanding of Fiber splicing practices and organizational skills is essential.
