In this position you will have the opportunity to work in a high paced, performance driven environment with a proven team that is both capable and knowledgeable in High-Volume Concrete Recycling and Aggregates Production. Plant Cleanup with a shovel, water hose, and skid loader Assist with preventative maintenance of pulleys, bearings, gearboxes, idlers, belting, etc. Assist with repair work on wear plates, rock chutes, belt splicing, changing idlers, changing bearings, etc. Keep all travel ways clear from spillage for safe access for all personnel. Clean up spillage around conveyors/crushers to keep crushing plants in production. Safely operate a variety of tools and equipment including walk behind loaders, skid loaders, power washer, hammer drill, and grinders. Ensure buildings and job sites are orderly with the tools and parts cleaned and stored properly. Complete all tasks in a timely and efficient manner. Communicate with the plant operators on issues that you spot throughout the day. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations, and with company policies and procedures; MSHA Part 46 training a plus. Any other duties as assigned by Management.
