What You'll Do
Lead day-to-day Service Department operations (lane management, dispatch, workflow, quality control)
Ensure exceptional customer service and protect CSI performance
Coach, train, and develop advisors, technicians, and support staff
Monitor key fixed ops metrics: ELR, productivity, efficiency, RO count, warranty compliance, and gross targets
Oversee warranty submissions, repair order accuracy, and GM compliance
Partner with Parts, Used Cars, BDC, and Accounting to support dealership goals
Manage used car recon workflow and ensure timely completion
Resolve escalated customer concerns quickly and professionally
Drive continuous process improvement and maintain a safe, organized shop
What We're Looking For
5+ years of automotive service management or advisor leadership experience (GM preferred)
Strong understanding of fixed operations, warranty, and OEM processes
Proven ability to lead a team in a high-volume dealership environment
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Experience with Dealertrack DMS, Xtime, and GM tools (or willingness to learn)

Compensation & Benefits
$135,000 - $180,000/year (DOE and performance plan)

Perform Used car Inspections to get vehicles ready to put on front lot for sale.
Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
